Acceptance
By accessing or using Qais, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Qais in any way that violates applicable laws, abuses the platform, or interferes with other users. Prohibited conduct includes spam, harassment, unauthorized access, and distribution of malicious content.
Your Data
You own the data you provide to Qais. We process it solely to provide the service to you. You may export your data at any time.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your plan. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Qais. No credit card is required to start. Your data is preserved after the trial ends if you choose to subscribe.
Intellectual Property
Qais owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of your content. By using Qais, you grant us a license to host and process your content as needed to provide the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qais shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" with reasonable care. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
